Shh... don't tell everyone but... Rio 5 played a private party last night at Chesterfield's prestigious "Winding Wheel" venue. We don't often get to play at parties (I had to go out and buy a new black shirt...) but this was a fantastic 40th birthday bash, and, proving that the youth of today don't know how to party hard, the 18th birthday party that was going on in the other room finished while we were still strutting our funky stuff on the dancefloor.

Our 1st "proper" gig of 2007 is Fri 26th Jan @ The County Hotel, Saltergate.

it certainly was..and did you catch those haunting vocals....like a host of angels on a sunkissed beach, under a dreamy moonlit nightsky..he does a mean "Rabbit, Rabbit, Rabbit" too!!(Chas & Dave version of course!!)
